 Aitraaz, Indian movieThe Indian movie, 'Aitraaz' is a suspense film directed by Abbas-Mustan. This thrillar 'Aitraaz' is a gripping film that entertains without resorting to usual Bollywood films. The story deals with a woman driven by sexual and professional desires, a faithful and dutiful husband who refuses the temptations of extra-marital sex. This is also the story of a trusting wife. The movie starts like any other common love story but reaches its pick with the entry of protagonist's ex-girlfriend. The film in spite of its provocative subject matter is fairly watchable with the whole family. This Bollywood film 'Aitraaz' is a remake of the Hollywood film 'Disclosure' starring Michael Douglas and Demi Moore.

The Bollywood movie 'Aitraaz' is a wholesome entertainer with romance, seduction, conspiracy and courtroom drama supported by credible performances by the star cast and also a good story.

Synopsis of 'Aitraaz'
The Bollywood film 'Aitraaz' is a suspense thriller by the director duo Abbas-Mustan. This is a film about the scruffy undergoings of a metropolitan Indian woman Sonia Roy played by Priyanka Chopra, a hard working business man Raj Malhotra played by Akshay Kumar and his loyal wife Priya Malhotra played by Kareena Kapoor.

The film focuses on Raj Malhotra who is married to Priya. Everything is going well for Raj, his wife is pregnant, he has just bought a beautiful new house and he is about to get a promotion at work. But it all comes crashing down once Sonia Roy enters the picture. Sonia is the wife of Raj's boss, Ranjit Roy played by Amrish Puri, and she's the type of lady who will do anything to get what she wants. And now what she wants is Raj, but Raj is not interested.

Aitraaz, Indian movie Raj and Sonia were engaged to each other. But her ambitions caused their relationship to break. When they were together once Sonia was pregnant but she did abort to continue her career. After that incident Raj leaves Sonia and come to India. Raj is now married to Priya and is expecting his first child. Raj is also expecting a promotion as Chief Executive Officer in his cell-phone manufacturing organization where he is working. At a company gathering Raj meets Sonia who is present wife of the company owner Ranjeet Roy. She also happens to be the managing director of the company. She does not offer Raj the post he wants but instead makes him the director and also a board of member. Sonia starts flirting with Raj. The situation becomes worsen when she flirts with him in front of Priya.

Sonia eventually tells Raj to come to her house. There Sonia calls her for sexual favous which he rejects. Out of anger Sonia accuses him of attempted rape. When he is asked to resign from work, Raj decides to turn the tables and take Sonia to court on charges of sexual harassment. For Raj this is an uphill battle, society won't take the accusation of a woman molesting a man seriously, and everyone around Raj thinks he molested her. But now his wife comes to the forefront. From the inert wife of Raj, she transforms into a igneous woman. She fight with Sonia to win back her husband's esteem and honor. Priya fights with the nation and ultimately proves her husband clean. Ranjit Roy divorced his wife Sonia and after two months of that incident Sonia commits suicide.

Cast and Crew of 'Aitraaz'
The star cast of the film 'Aitraaz' includes Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Amrish Puri, Anu Kapoor, Paresh Rawal, Vivek Shauqe and Upasna Singh. The film is directed by Abbas-Mustan while it is produced by Subhash Ghai. The music in the film is given by Himesh Reshammiya why lyrics are done by Sameer. Ravi Yadav does the cinematography in the film.

Awards of 'Aitraaz'
The film 'Aitraaz' with many other awards also won the filmfare best villain award in female role. Priyanka Chopra bagged the award for second time in this category after Kajol got one in 'Gupt'.
