Thokchom Naoba Singh is a North East Indian born National football player. He is an Indian footballer plays as a defender for East Bengal Football Club in the I league. He is currently playing as football player for Delhi Dynamos Football Club in the 2014 Indian Super League which is officially known as Hero Indian Super League season and it is the first ever season of the Indian Super League. The 2014 Indian Super League started on Sunday 12th October 2014 and concluded with the final on Saturday 20th December 2014.

Thokchom Naoba Singh began his career-graph with Tata Football Academy. Thokchom Naoba Singh, after spending his youth career with the famed Tata Football Academy, he signed for Churchill Brothers S.C. of the I-League. While with Churchill Brothers S.C, Thokchom Naoba Singh scored one goal which came against Mahindra United Football Team in the I-League on 3rd March 2010. Later in the year 2010, Thokchom Naoba Singh signed for East Bengal Football Club who also plays in the I-League.

Thokchom Naoba Singh has played for the Indian U23 National Team, more notably in the 2009 SAFF Cup, which is known as South Asian Football Federation Cup. This is the main association football competition of the men`s national football teams governed by the South Asian Football Federation.
