Sanakadi Sampradaya

Sanakadi Sampradaya is one of the Vaishnava sects.

As mentioned in the Padma Purana, Sanakadi Sampradaya is one of the four authorised Vaishnava Sampradaya.

The followers of Sanakadi Sampradaya worship Lord Krishna and Radha conjointly. Sanakadi Sampradaya is distinguished from other sects by a circular black mark in the centre of the ordinary double streak of white earth; and also by the use of the necklace and rosary of the stem of tulasi. The members of this sect are scattered throughout the whole of North India. Sanakadi Sampradaya is very numerous about Mathura, and they of the Vaishnava sects in West Bengal.
