Sagarika Ghatge, Bollywood PersonalitySagarika Ghatge is an Indian film actress. She came in the limelight of Indian film scenario, after her terrific performance in Chak De! India as the hockey player of Indian National Women"s Hockey Team.

Sagarika Ghatge is best known for her debut role as Preeti Sabarwal in the Bollywood movie, Chak De! India. Sagarika Ghatge is currently seen in Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi (season 6) as a contestant, which was directed by Rohit Shetty.

In 2007, Sagarika Ghatge portrayed Preeti Sabarwal, a fictional member of the Indian women`s national hockey team, in the movie Chak De! India, whereupon, she became the brand ambassador of a multinational company in India.

Sagarika Ghatge has appeared in fashion magazines and various fashion shows. Sagarika Ghatge has appeared in the 2009 film, Fox as Urvashi Mathur.

Later, Sagarika Ghatge portrayed Kamiah in Miley Naa Miley Hum.

Her first lead role is opposite Emraan Hashmi in the movie Rush, which released on October 24, 2012. Sagarika Ghatge has appeared in Satish Rajwade`s Marathi movie Premachi Goshta with a veteran actor Atul Kulkarni which was released in February 2013. Premachi Goshta was her first Marathi movie.

Sagarika Ghatge was awarded Screen Award for Best Supporting Actress alongside all the Chak De! Girls for her role as a hockey player in Chak De! India. She was also rewarded with a Lions Gold Award for her movie Chak De!! India.
