Rudhirandha is one of the Narakas, or hell which is a spacious hell. Rudhirandha is a Naraka that accommodates the perpetrators if the following types of misdeeds. The offenders are the professional actors, wrestlers and Boxers, fishermen. Then there are the persons who poison others, arsonists, back-biters and complainants. Some of the other offenders are Brahmins who perform karmas for others at times other than those stipulated for their performance. The other lawbreakers are murderers of friends and well-wishers and soothsayers specializing in reading omens. The wrong doers are the liquor merchants and village purohits or priests.
