Early Life of Ravinder Khatri
Ravinder Khatri was born on 15th May in the year 1992. Ravinder Khatri was the son of a farmer. He began wrestling at the local akharas of his village called Bodia, located in Jhajjar district, Haryana.

Career of Ravinder Khatri
Ravinder Khatri is an Indian Greco-Roman wrestler who competes in the 85kg category. In 2006, Ravinder Khatri was selected by the Army Institute of Sport in Pune, Maharashtra during a talent scouting event. He became a havildar for the Jat Brigade in 2011.

International Career of Ravinder Khatri
In March 2016, Ravinder Khatri secured the bronze medal at Men`s 85kg Greco-Roman event at the 2016 Asian Wrestling Olympic Qualification Tournament, with the top two wrestlers qualifying for the 2016 Summer Olympics. However, in May 2016, Ravinder Khatri gained qualification for the Olympics as the silver medal winner of the tournament, Janarbek Kenjeev of Kyrgyzstan, was disqualified after testing positive in dope.
