Rajkumar Bhogen Singh was one of the youngest actors to win the Sangeet Natak Akademi award.

Rajkumar Bhogen Singh was a prominent theatre personality who born in the year of 1958. He won Sangeet Natak Akademi award at very young age i.e. at the age of 39. He began his career in Manipuri theatre under Ratan Thiyam after acquiring substantial knowledge of indigenous narrative forms like Wari Liba, and utilized them as an actor`s resource in over thirty productions directed by Thiyam. He gained much international exposure. In many places like in Greece, Italy, France, Japan, Thailand, Rajkumar Bhogen Singh acted as lead actor and administrator of Thiyam`s Chorus Repertory Theatre.
