The prostate is a gland in men that helps make semen, the fluid that contains sperm. The prostate surrounds the tube that carries urine away from the bladder and out of the body. •Difficulties in urinating
•The urge to urinate often, particularly at night
•Feeling of not fully emptied bladder
•Painful urination
•Blood in the urine

In order to treat prostate disorders, a man must keep in mind to maintain an accurate and routine diet chart consisting of seeds, nuts, grains, vegetables and fruits. The patient should give up on all kinds of solid food and literally survive on water, blended with a hint of lemon juice for 2 or 3 days. This will help in greatly to increase the flow of urine. Heavy starches, sweet stimulants and highly flavoured items are absolutely forbidden, as they are widely known to grossly stimulate direct annoyance to the prostate gland and bladder.
