Inflammation of Uterus
Inflammation of the Uterus is a medical condition in which the uterus becomes infected and painful. It is usually not life-threatening but important to get it treated.

The uterus, or the womb, is the most sensitive organ in a woman. It is also known as "Endometritis". This occurs when the inflammation affects the delicate inner lining membrane within the uterus.

Causes of Inflammation of Uterus
The most common cause of Endometritis is infection. Inflammation of the uterus occasionally occurs because of medicines that stimulate menstruation. It may occur due to exposure to cold during menstrual flow, use of strong purgatives, the irritants used in abortion, extreme sexual indulgence and the insertion of preventives and instruments. Physical activities and sports like riding horses, cycling and dancing may also result in inflammation of the uterus amongst feeble women. This may also occur due to displacement of the uterus.

Symptoms of Inflammation of Uterus
The symptoms of inflammation of the uterus are variable according to its type. The main problematic symptom is the release of a clear or yellow and opaque substance. This results in infertility. The symptoms of Acute Endometritis are slight fever, loss of appetite, nausea, rapid pulse, inconsistent breathing, headache, general debility, itching propensity in the vagina, acute pain in the back and lower portion of the abdomen and pelvis. Even though it is rare, but it can occur after detention of uterus inflammation. The symptoms of Chronic Endometritis are similar to acute Endometritis. Among women, this is one of the most common diseases. Treatment of Inflammation of Uterus
Treatment of the inflammation of the Uterus by nature cure is always recommended to avoid any causes. No real cure is possible unless the system as a whole is treated. The blood has to be purified, the nerves strengthened and the waste deposits accumulated in the system eliminated before the trouble can be completely overcome. Alteration in diet can also treat inflammation of the uterus. A proportionate diet of vegetables and fruits, seeds, nuts and grains may also be followed. In addition to this, yogurt, milk, honey and buttermilk may also be used as supplements. Food products made of white flour, sugar and sweet confectioneries, refined cereals, meat, fried and oily foods, preserved foods and sauces should be avoided.

Yoga and physical exercises can also cure uterus inflammation gradually. Other than moderate exercises in order to improve general fitness, various Yoga Asanas like Bhujangasana, Sarvangasana, Shavasana and Uttanasana are also known to be helpful in the treatment of inflammation of the uterus. Water Treatments like hot hipbath can also treat inflammation of the uterus.
