Petroleum 30: Vertigo, which is better lying down but worse on rising, the person feels a cold breeze blowing on the head, the back of the head feels heavy, as if filled with lead, headache, which is better by pressing upon the temples or sides, nausea with accumulation of water in the mouth. These are the symptoms for which the medicine named Petroleum 30 can be used.
Tabacum 30: Vertigo while travelling, forcing the person to keep the eyes closed, constant nausea, with a feeling of sinking in the pit of the stomach, sensation of a band around the head, vomiting of foul smelling substance are some of the common symptoms that required the immediate use of this medicine.
