Gursarai is one of the prominent towns in Jhansi District of the northern state of India, Uttar Pradesh. It is situated on the banks of the river Dhasan, a tributary of the Betwa. Jhansi, the district headquarters, lies 70 km west of it. The nearest access points are the Moth Railway Station and the C A Kanpur Airport.
