Exercise For The Will/Spirit BodyEnergy, will and power are all there in the will spirit body which is again one of the primary bodies of the other seven bodies. Exercises have been recommended to stimulate this body, which further supports in developing the chakra. .

1. Will/Spirit Body-Physical Level- Palms of hands and soles of feet
Energy from here helps a person relate with the outside world. These are some of the strongest locations for mending energy. The hands and feet need to be massaged. The energy must be allowed to flow out of each of these chakras. One can also question about the exact place-where does it appear blocked. It is advised to walk around for a few minutes (barefoot is best), feeling the energy connecting with the floor or earth. However, one must be conscious how the rest of the body responds; normally there is a sense of coming alive. One can, in that case desire to sit down and open the energy more in the hands. One can hold one`s hands out, four to eight inches from the body, then move them over the body and feel energy from the palms of the hands relaxing and curing the body. One may also notice more energy, if one holds the right hand over the left side of the body, then the left hand over the right side of the body- this renders an extra polarity and might amplify the energy.

2. Will/Spirit Body-Emotional Level- Backs of knees and insides of elbows
Many people have emotional worries- fear, a sense of insufficiency- about using the powerful will/spirit body. One needs to enter a meditative state and massage behind the knees and inside the elbows. One needs to ponder regarding what frightens one or makes one uncomfortable. It is advised to picturise oneself doing fine in these situations, and the energy flowing out in a pleasant, healthy manner.

3. Will/Spirit Body-Mental Level- Armpits and where legs connect on the front side of the body
The chakras need to massaged gently. However, it should be kept in mind to be careful not to massage any inflamed lymph glands too hard (most people are too delicate under their arms to massage that deep). The energy needs to be allowed to flow out. One needs to feel the strength in the body, a sense of power and spirit- as it flows through the whole body when these areas are opened up. One may desire to walk around for a few minutes, feeling these chakras open and flowing. Then, one must enter a meditative state and picturise oneself, using these places of power to help one in their everyday life.

4. Will/Spirit Body-Intuitional/Compassionate Level- About an inch below the crotch
The seventh level of this body corresponds with the fourth, and this is a companion of the 7th chakra.

5. Will/Spirit Body-Will/Spirit Level- Power sex chakra, two chakras below navel
This is the most passionate of the sex chakras and relates not only with sexuality, but also sexual energy as it is turned into power. Several people block this chakra off, without recognising it. One must first enter a meditative state and massage the chakra gently. It is advised to be completely honest with oneself as one can. And then, it is better to contemplate whether one likes to dictate others, whether one actually feels to do so. If so, is the process a healthy or an unhealthy one. It should also be contemplated whether one likes to command others with one`s sexual energies. One must also think of a time when they have honestly allowed others to dictate themselves. After concluding the meditation, it is necessary to feel the peaceful, pleasant and firm energies coming from the chakra and develop a consciousness about how they affect the rest of the life.

6. Will/Spirit Body-Soul Level- Behind crown chakra at top of head
A depression at the top of the back of the head may denote that the pineal gland is working pretty well. At times, this chakra is open like a tiny dish. It helps in communication with superior dimensions and obtaining ecstatic states. The chakra should be massaged softly and the energy must be allowed to be flow. Using deep, calm breaths, one can get the feeling of floating in one`s own body, then it can be questioned to open to the ecstatic state. This can require some practice. Upon concluding the meditation, the energy must be brought back into the body and the whole body must be allowed to sense the state of ecstasy. It is advised to stretch very well, so that one connects all energies together (bliss may be fine, but it is tricky base to function from, sometimes). Due to the vast power of this exercise, it is better to stay in it for not more than five minutes in the beginning.

7. Will/Spirit Body-Divine Level- Four fingers` width above the crown chakra
This chakra, smaller than the crown chakra, is where humans and spiritual energies amalgamate. From a very comfortable position- lying down is best- one must be conscious of the area above the head and the area below the crotch (the level four chakra of this body). The energies must be allowed to twirl outwards from these chakras. The spiraling direction can be experimented with. When the energies have flowed for a few minutes, one needs to enter a tranquil state of meditation. Then, it can be asked to connect to the cosmos energy. However, it is better not to stay in this exercise for more than a few minutes in the beginning, as it can be quite authoritative. After completion of meditation, stretching can be of immense help.
