East-South-East Extended Plot

There are some guidelines for the construction in a south east extended plot.

The semi-diagonal plots are generally make an angle of declination at 10° to 20°. If the angle is more than 20°, such a plot is considered unfavorable. The lesser the angle the more suitable is the plot for use.

When a plot, in its South - South-East direction makes an angle of declination of 10° to 20° with its magnetic meridian, it more approving for women. As a result girls and women are found more in number in the house built on this plot. The male progeny is limited in number. They keep on quarreling among themselves.

The men are not only misers but also mean-minded, lazy and inactive. There is less virility among them. Money is adversely spent. The growth of wealth is limited. The mental fitness of the residents is disturbed and they suffer from mental distress. However Vastu Shastra can help in improving its utility. Such plots are quite useful for hotels and factories.
