Concept of Rebirth

Rebirth takes place after the sinner has paid for some of his sins in hell. He needs to complete his penance after rebirth. A sinner receives what he or she deserves. Killing of a Brahmana is considered as a sin. The killer is first born as a dog then as a camel, a donkey, a frog and ultimately as an owl. The killer may also suffer from Tuberculosis. Stealing gold is a sin and the stealer is born as a worm or as an insect. The taker may be born with distorted teeth.

A person who steals food would starve in his next life. Lying is a sin and a liar becomes dumb in his new birth. One who steals oil is born as a cockroach. One who has stolen green vegetables would be born as a peacock. If one steals scented substances, the stealer would be born as a mole. If food grains have been stolen one would be born as a rat. One who is a stealer of fruits would be born as monkey. One who is a stealer of animal would take birth as a goat. A milk thief would be born as a crow and a meat thief as a vulture. A moocher of salt, in his next life would get torn clothes s to wear.
