Sharman Joshi, Bollywood ActorThe very popular Bollywood actor Sharman Joshi is known for his brilliant acting skills and has captivated the audience with his superb performances in many Bollywood flicks. Sharman was born on 17 March 1979. He belongs from a family of actors and performing artists who are all well-known in the Gujarati Theater and Indian Television Industry. The actor`s sister Mansi Joshi Roy is also a very popular small screen actor. Sharman is happily married to the daughter of the yesteryear actor Prem Chopra called Prerna and is also the proud father of a baby girl Khyana, born in October 2005, and twin boys, Rehan and Varryan, born in July 2009.

Sharman Joshi`s Film Career
Sharman made his acting debut in the year 1999 with the art film Godmother where he enacted the role of the protagonist`s troubled son. In the year he again showed his acting flair in the Bollywood flick Style which surprisingly went to become a huge commercial hit with the silver screen audiences. He also meted out brilliant performances in other moderately successful comedies like `Excuse Me`, Shaadi No. 1, Masti, Golmaal - Fun Unlimited` and Dhol. He gave powerhouse performances in two Bollywood chartbusters Rang De Basanti and Life in a Metro. In 2007 he also appeared in movies like Raqeeb, Hello and Sorry Bhai! In 2009 Sharman delivered as one of the three characters in the 3 Idiots, which was based on Five point someone-what not to do at IIT by Chetan Bhagat. The movie also had Aamir Khan and Madhavan in the lead. He won the 2010 IIFA Best Supporting Actor Award for his splendid performance in 3 Idiots

Over all it has been a long journey for him but it has paid off quite successfully in the end.
