Ayub Khan is a known actor in Bollywood and the nephew of famous actor Dilip Kumar. He is also a common face in Indian television series in which he garnered much appreciation by his acting skills.

Ayub Khan, Bollywood ActorAyub Khan is a popular actor in Indian film and television domain. He is the nephew of Bollywood legend Dilip Kumar and son of Nasir Khan and actress Begum Para. Ayub comes from a Pathan family. Khan made his debut in the film "Mashooq" in 1992. He is also known for his role in the TV series, Uttran (2008-2015). He appeared in over 20 films since 1992 and in several television serials. His most recent TV serial is "Ek Bhram Sarvagun Sampanna" aired on Star plus.

Early life of Ayub Khan
Ayub Khan was born on 23rd February 1969 in Mumbai. His mother, Begum Para was one of the most prominent actresses of her time, during the 1950s. He has done very few lead roles, but all of them were marked with positive remarks. He has tried his hand in production too which was followed by moderate success.

Career of Ayub Khan
Ayub Khan debuted in the film "Mashooq" in 1992. He is best known for his acting in the films such as "Dadagiri" (1997), "Mela" (2000), "Dil Chahta Hai" (2001) and "Gangajal" (2003). He is also popular for his roles in TV series, "Karishma" (2003), "Uttaran" (2008) and "Ek Hasina Thi" (2014). He became a known figure among the households for his portrayal of "Jogi Thakur" in the show "Uttaran". He has received many awards in his acting career.

In 2010 he has received the Zee Gold Awards for being the "Best Supporting Actor Male Critics."
In 2010 he was also awarded the Indian Telly Awards and Indian Television Academy Awards for fulfilling the category of "Best Supporting Actor Male Popular" and "Best Supporting Actor" respectively.
In 2011 he got the Zee Gold Awards for being the "Best Supporting Actor Male Popular."

Personal Life of Ayub Khan
He is the nephew of legendary actor Dilip Kumar, his father being Dilip Kumar"s younger brother. His aunt Zarina is the mother of Rukhsana Sultana, mother of actress Amrita Singh. He is married to Niharika Bhasin who is known for films like "Rock On!!" and "The Dirty Picture." He is also the father of two children, Tahura Khan and Zohra Khan.
