To apply pressure and work with this area one should hold two points by thumbs of both hands and the two fingers (forefingers) should be placed in the hollow area of the knee near the tendons.

The thumbs should be placed in a way that they are holding the two alternate points and not to be placed parallel to each other. One thumb should be placed on the lower part of the knee and the other on the higher side of the knee.
