Devgarh also spelt as Devgad or Deogarh is a coastal city in Western India located in the Sindhudurg district of Maharashtra . Noted for its harbour, beaches Devgarh in Maharashtra is located on the Arabian Sea in the coastal Konkan region of Maharashtra in the southern part of Mumbai.
In Devgarh of Maharashtra , a light house was built in 1915 to guide the sailors. This place is also famous all over India for the cultivation of Alphonso mangoes. Infact, farmers have shifted from the cultivation of rice to the cultivation of mangoes in the western Konkan region of Maharashtra along the Arabian Sea.
