Shawar Ali is an Indian film actor and model. He was born and brought up in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. He is best known for his negative roles in Bollywood and Telugu films. He was rated 93rd by Web India in "Top 100 Handsome Indian Men"s List". He is well known for his philanthropic activities. Shawar Ali got married to his longtime girlfriend Marsela Ayesha in a private ceremony on 29th March 2015. The two had their wedding ceremony in the presence of family and close friends.

Shawar Ali started as a successful model. He later made his film debut with the film "Hawas" directed by Karan Razdan, one of the popular directors of Bollywood movies opposite Meghna Naidu in 2004. He was seen acting on Om Shanti Om directed by Farah Khan as well. Later to that, he worked in many films like "Asambhav", "Fareb", "Mere Dost Picture Abhi Baki Hai" and many more. He has also worked in Telugu films.
