Saransh Goila is an Indian chef who won "Food Food Maha Challenge". His specialty is contemporary Indian food, with varied knowledge of Italian food and bakery and confectionery as well. Saransh’s philosophy is to preserve traditional Indian cooking techniques and food and give it a modern look and character so it is easily accepted by the youth. He is India’s youngest celebrity chef. He is currently hosting ‘Roti Rasta aur India’ which is India’s biggest food travelogue show.
Early Life of Saransh Goila
Saransh Goila was born on February 17, 1987. He is based in New Delhi. He was a food enthusiast at an early age, making his first Jalebi for his family at the age of 12. With the encouragement from his family, especially his grandfather, he was drawn more and more into the culinary field as his passion for food grew. He is a graduate from Institute of Hotel Management, Aurangabad. Saransh got a degree in B.A. Honors in Culinary Arts in 2008 and trained in the highly professional Taj kitchens for 6 months.
Career of Saransh Goila
To get a deeper knowledge of the culinary arts, Saransh Goila worked with The Leela Kempinski, Bengaluru for a year in 2009. Saransh is an ‘Anchor’ and ‘Chef Consultant’ for Food Food channel and is also a ‘Food Columnist’ with "Discover India" magazine. He is the author of the acclaimed food travelogue "India on my Platter". In 2013 he participated in the show, "Sanjeev Kapoor Ke Kitchen Khiladi", which went on air on 16th September 2013 on Sony India. He is the host of the TV Show "Roti Rasta aur India" and "Healthy Fridge" on Food Food channel.

In 2012, he hosted the TV show "Roti Rasta aur India" on Food Food channel. It is an Indian food travelogue show in which the chef travels 20,000 km of India by road in 100 days. The culinary journey is about the rural villages of India, meeting the local families, learning about their cuisine, and creating meals on the go. In 2014, Saransh hosted the web series "The Spice Traveller" on his YouTube channel. It is a food travelogue in which the chef travels to Great Britain. Also he has shot for "Instant Noodle Diaries" a show on Channel News Asia, Singapore.
Achievements of Saransh Goila
In 2014, Saransh has set a record in "Limca Book of Records" of being the first Indian chef to travel 20,000 kms by road in 100 days to discover India’s rich food heritage and tracing its history.
Saransh won a spot on "Food Food Maha Challenge" which was hosted by Sanjeev Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit.
Saransh was one of the 16 contestants on the show who were battling to win the coveted title of "India Ka Super Chef". He emerged as the winner.
