Indian Premier League 2015 featured eight teams and was held from 8 April 2015 to 24 May 2015. The opening ceremony of Indian Premier League 2015 was held at the Salt Lake Stadium in Kolkata on 7 April 2015. Kolkata Knight Riders were the defending champions having won the title in the 2014 season. In the year 2015, Mumbai Indians won the match against Chennai Super Kings at Eden Gardens Stadium. Indian Premier League 2016 2016 Indian Premier League is the ninth season of the professional Twenty20 cricket league that was established by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) in 2007. The tournament was played between 9 April 2016 and 29 May 2016. In the final match, the Sun Risers Hyderabad won the final match against Royal Challengers Bangalore. Indian Premier League 2017 IPL 10 or 2017 IPL is the tenth season of the IPL, sponsored by Vivo. IPL features eight teams that played in the previous season (2016). There are no teams which are added or eliminated. This 2017 IPL started on 5th April 2017 and is scheduled to finish on 21st May 2017, in Hyderabad, the capital city of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh hosting the opening match and the final.
