In the year 1970 science coined the term 'Chronopsychology'for the 24 hour cycle. Chronopsychologists found that one's mental state changes during the cycle of the day and even there is best or most favorable time of the day. Swara yoga also repeats the words of Chronopsychologists and further specifies the time, which are either auspicious or inauspicious. Swara Yogi knows that during the flow of left nostril or right nostril, the favorable elements rise that signifies the most suitable time to undertake the things to become successful.
Scientists have postulated that the external forces set in the biological clock by stimulating the pineal gland also affected by light and dark cycles of day and night. These rhythms, which were previously known to the ancient sages now is rediscovered in relation to the cosmos. By the practice of Swara Yoga one can become the master of the Nadis and elements. Thus one is able to adjust himself with the universal forces that are the source of everything and gives origin to the experience of both material and spiritual life and this in turn heightens our awareness.
If Swara Rhythms is properly practiced, one can directly adapt the definite success in all spheres of life.
