Bugrasi is a town as well as a nagar panchayat situated in the Bulandshahr district in the state of Uttar Pradesh in India. As per the 2001 India census, the town of Bugrasi has a population of 12,814. Males make up 53% of the population and females amount to 47%. The average literacy rate of 45% is lower than the nationwide mean of 59.5%. While the male literacy is 57%, 32% of the females are literate. 19% of the population is made up of children less than 6 years of age.
