However, one must be aware of its side effects which include depression, insomnia, tremors, anxiety, fatigue and many others.
Hoodia is a powerful anti-weight gain drug which is said to work wonders to combat obesity. Belonging to Africa, this drug has been utilized since several generations for the purpose of inducing weight loss. It suppresses one's appetite and craving for food at regular intervals and its medicinal properties were revealed in the year 1977 by the South African Council for Scientific and Industrial Research or CSIR. It is quite effective.
