Ganesha Dhyanam Sloka, Mantras of Lord GaneshaThe Ganesha Dhyanam Sloka also known as Ganesadhyanam is a devotional Hindu prayer which is exclusively devoted to Lord Ganesha. He is the son of Lord Shiva and Parvati and is considered as the remover of obstacles. The devotees of the Lord meditate on the hymn in order to worship and pray to the deity. It is believed that by chanting the Ganesha Dhyanam Sloka, a devotee is blessed with wisdom and intelligence. The verses of the Ganesha Dhyanam Sloka are chanted with faith (Bhava) and devotion (Shraddha) by the worshippers.

The hymn depicts Lord Ganesha with golden yellow complexion and a pot belly. He has three eyes and four arms. The elephant-faced god carries a lemon, a goad, a rope and His own broken tusk in his hands. Ganesha also has a crescent moon above his head and is adorned with red garments and ornaments.
