Thindalmalai Murugan Temple is a famous Hindu temples located in the city of erode in Tamil Nadu
. It is on the Perundurai Road that connected the city with Coimbatore
and to Kerala
. The temple is dedicated to Lord Muruga. The Lord is also known by other names like Thindalmalai murugan, Velayuthaswamy, Kulanthi velayuthaswamy, Kumara velayuthaswamy. The deity Lord Murugan found here is 'Sri Velayudhaswami.
