Pandit Sundarlal Sharma (Open) University is a state university located in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. It is an open university.

Pandit Sundarlal Sharma was established on 20 January 2005. It was named after Sundarlal Sharma, a freedom and social justice fighter.

The university is structured into the following faculties:

Faculty of Science and Technology
Faculty of Social Science
Faculty of Commerce
Faculty of Education
Faculty of Computer Science
Faculty of Yoga, Jyotish and Vastu

The regional centres were established at Bilaspur, Raipur, Ambikapur and Jagdalpur.
