Metafreakz, Contemporary Indian ComicsMetafreakz is an innovative contemporary Indian comics which is published and distributed by Rovolt Entertainment Studios, based out of Delhi and Mumbai. The comics series is an adventure story of science and technology the gives the readers a novel experience. The contemporary Indian comics was launched at the 2nd Annual Indian Comic Convention at Dilli Haat. The story is presented through graphic artwork, which is enhanced with excellent narrative panels and layout. Metafreakz is the story of a multi-ethnic group of youngsters from around different parts of the world who help save the Earth from a state of turmoil. The special group unites to counter against some threatening and terrifyingly potent enemies who are determined to destroy mankind. These kids contain supernatural and otherworldly powers which they utilise, along with their wit, strength, science and technology, to protect Earth from imminent catastrophe.

The Indian comics series of Metafreakz consists of some exciting characters that carry the story forward with interesting twists and thrills. Some of the pivotal characters are mentioned below-

Radu Lugosi
Radu comes from an east European royal family and appears as a depressed rich boy. But in reality, he is the brother of Count Dracula and is more that 700 years old. Earlier, he captured and imprisoned his demonic elder brother Count Dracula, in order to save the world from his wrath. He has many powers like camouflaging abilities, stealth, medieval weapon techniques, teleportation, superhuman agilities and regeneration.

Roshan Operawala
Roshan or Rosh is a mischievous apparition locally called Bhoot, which means ghost. He passes his time by scaring haunting Royal Opera House in Mumbai and disturbing the people who pass by. But finally he decided to do good and thus he now utilses his extra-sensory abilities to possess humans and animals, communicate with other ghosts and astral travel.

Bruja
Bruja is also known as Beatriz Blanco and she is a young witch who disguises herself as a schoolgirl. She has enhanced psychic abilities and is able to read people`s minds. She also has telekinetic abilities and can move things with her mind. She can also levitate in air.

Heka Hassan
Heka is actually an Egyptian mummy who has been brought back to life. She is the adopted daughter of Labib and Ara Hassan. Her father is the curator at the Museum of Egyptian Antiquities and her mother is a reputed Egyptologist. She uses her expert knowledge of sorcery and manifesting ectoplasmic projectiles to defend humans from evil forces.

Charlie Fin
Charlie is an aquatic humanoid or a Merboy. He has the ability to breathe underwater, swim at high speeds, sonar sensitivity etc.
