Literary Works of Joy Goswami
At a young age of 19, his poems were published in three little magazines. His poems invoke a mysterious landscape and visionary all at once. His compositions are: Christmas o Sheeter Sonnetguchchho (1976), Protnojeeb (1978), Aleya Hrod (1981), Unmader Pathokromo (1986), Bhutumbhogoban (1988) Ghumiyechho Jhaupata? (1989), Jara Brishtite Bhijechhilo, Santansantati, Moutat, Maheswar, Sakalbelar Kobi, Mrito Nagorir Raja.

He has composed twenty-five collections of poetry, ten novels and a looks after the poetry section. He is innovative, sensuous and imagistic. His poetries became prominent in the 1970s. He has won numerous awards like the Ananda Puraskar (in 1990 and 1998) and Sahitya Akademi Award in 2000.
