Sangeet Natak Akademi Award for Kathak Dance
Sangeet Natak Akademi Award for Kathak Dance is an award given by the Sangeet Natak Akademi. It is the highest Indian recognition given to practicing artists. Some of the Kathak Dancer Awardees are Manjushree Chatterjee, Vijay Shankar, Uma Dogra, Jitendra Maharaj, Shobha Koser and many others.
