Zee Cine Awards is a popular choice award ceremony in which the film professionals of the Hindi film industry are commemorated for their technical and artistic excellence. 14th Zee Cine Awards
14th Zee Cine Awards was held in the year 2014 on 8th February in Mumbai to honour the best films of the previous year, 2013. It was aired on 23rd February on multiple channels. The event was co-anchored by Bollywood actors Abhishek Bachchan and Riteish Deshmukh. Screenplays have a basic and important role in films and the movies of 2013 featured some eminent works which posed a tough competition in the 2014 Zee Cine Awards for Best Screenplay. The nominations for this category included Ayan Mukerji for Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewaani, Himanshu Sharma for Ranjhaana, Ritesh Shah, Suresh Nair, Nikhil Advani for D Day, Shoojit Sircar for Madras Cafe, Vijay Krishnakant Acharya for Dhoom 3 and Yunus Saijawal and Robin Bhatt for Chennai Express. The award was won by Ayan Mukerji for the film Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani.
