The third highest civilian award in India, the Padma Bhushan Award is given by the Government of India, every year since 1954. The award is presented to those rare people, who have excelled in their respective fields and the award is actually like recognition to their achievements. In the fourth year of the Padma Bhushan Award, a number of 16 people from different fields received it.
