Wherever rain was wanted Swaphalka's presence secured the blessing. Swaphalka married Gandina, the daughter of Kasiraja. Swaphalka and Gandina together had a son named Akrura. Thus the birth of Akrura proceeded from a combination of uncommon excellence.
