Jimala
Jimala is a notorious thief, mentioned in the Hindu mythology.

Jimala is the name of an infamous thief mention in the Hindu legends. A story relating to the life of Jimala says that as he was one day surprised by a tiger, and in his fright cried out the words `Hari! Hari`. The god immediately sent help, and relieved Jimala from his danger. Jimala, the notorious thief was so grateful for the divine interposition that he erected a shrine or a temple on the spot, and became an ascetic.
