Bahlika
Bahlika was a king, who was the brother of Santanu.

Bahlika was the son of Pratipa and brother of Santanu and grand-uncle of Dhritarashtra. Bahlika later became a king and governed an independent kingdom. This bore the same appellation, and is identifiable with the modern Balkh.
