Inside the bedroom the advantageous position for the master-bed is the South - West. Avoid the North-East and South-East for the master bed. It can also be kept in the South, West and North-West. The owner of the flat, while sleeping, should stretch his legs towards the north. It is also advisable that man should sleep n the South - West side and woman in the South-East side of the bed. The bed can also be placed in the West.

Bedroom in the Flat, Vastu Shastra Mostly the master beds have wardrobes to keep the bedding. Its back side should be towards the South and it should open in the North (100%). The door of the rooms should not face the wardrobe. If it is not possible to have the safe in the South, let its back be at the West and the door opening in the East (70%).

While sleeping on the beds in the West the legs should stretch out towards the East. None of the parts should come under the beam of the roof. Otherwise it causes troubles. The dressing table of the master-bed should be either in the North, East, South - East or North-West. Telephones should not be kept in the North - East and South - West corners. Moreover it is advantageous to do reading and writing work sitting in the West and facing the East. Avoid reading and writing facing the South -West or South. The cupboard or the wardrobe for clothes should be in the South, West or North-West.

Other than these the earthen pots for drinking water should be placed in the North-East. Arrange air - conditioner or cooler in the North-West, South - East or in the West. Paintings, posters should be hung on the walls of the bed-room in the East or North. The T. V. sets or computers must be in the South-East corner.
