Exercise can activate the soul body, which aids in releasing the Kundalini and then in the development of the chakras. To feel the polatary identity, to understand the inner self and above all to feel the flow of energy the development of the soul body is indeed important.

1. Soul Body-Physical Level- Four chakras; on the instep of each foot and on the thumb side of the wrists
These chakras relate to the action of one`s "I Amness". They help bring awareness to one`s hands and feet, so one can be more responsive to their actions. Here, one can walk with a steadier step, taking action from the soul level. (There is a prayer specially recommended for this level to bring vigour, awareness and direction- one can ask the soul to come `n and work through the personality in one`s body). The chakras should be massaged softly; one can question which situations seem to block them and their "I Amness", which situations assist in opening.

2- Soul Body/Emotional Level-- Above the knees on the insides of the legs and just above the elbows on the insides of the arms
These chakras relate to one`s feelings about the "I Amness" or soul level. When they are obstructed, one inclines to pull the arms closer to the body and the knees will largely be weak. These areas need to be massaged softly. The energy must be permitted to flow through them and one can ask the strength of the soul energy to distill and purify one`s emotions. It can be asked what makes one close these chakras and what helps one open them.

3. Soul Body-Mental Level- On the front where the legs join the body just on the inside of the curve, and on the front edges of your armpits
These "I Amness" chakras allow one to open up to the more magnificient part of life and things that by and large go beyond day-to-day living. It brings energy for discovering and comprehending fresh ways of being. It brings energy where one can be more probing in life and where one has performed well.

4. Soul Body-Intuitional/Compassionate Level- At the front of the gonads - the ovaries or testicles
The energy from these chakras helps one feel and understand one`s polarity identity (maleness or femaleness). Its purpose is significant, because so much of life is based on interaction between polarities. As one opens up to the polarities, one serves better. One should be in appreciation of one`s polarity. The energy of the ovaries and testicles must be allowed to flow. One can feel some sexual feelings, but that is pretty fine. People need to be as unwound and in acceptance of sexuality, as they are of feelings, thoughts and spiritual energies. Many people are humiliated about discussing polarity distinctiveness. One`s incapacity to accept and work with polarity energy holds one back in several spheres. One can question about where does one hold back one`s polarity? It is vital to understand if one is not feeling male or female enough. It is also worth to know whether one is doing well with these energies.

5. Soul Body-Will/Spirit Level Lower ribs
These are companion to the xiphoid process, relating to one`s place in the world and especially concerning with one`s willpower to take the breath of life, own the right to be, express through breathing and achieve what one desires in life. The lungs need to be opened. It must be given space and one needs to breathe easily. These chakras needs to massaged and it is also necessary to get the feeling that one`s whole chest comes up from them, that one has the right to breathe. Lastly, one also needs to question the consciousness of these chakras, when one blocks them and when one opens them.

6. Soul Body-Soul Level: On the side of the neck as it curves into the body.
These chakras relate stoutly to self-respect and are very powerful. Closing them off might bring tension or lock in an attitude of pride. The fear of truly allowing one`s "I Amness" to emerge out can cause one to pull in one`s head, turtle-style, an action which influences these chakras. One can let the chakras be open and ask oneself where one needs to unwind to alleviate one`s ability to come from one`s "I Amness". One can also question in which situations one inclines to block this flow or open it.

7. Soul Body-Divine Level- Above the ears, on the sides of the head behind the temples
These chakras associate to feeling oneself as a unit of God`s awareness, connected with the universe. Blocked or non-functioning, they can leave one feeling isolated, lonely and frightened about life. Some forms of mental ailment affect these chakras. It needs to be massaged, and then to let the energy flow by. One can allow oneself to be lifted up and feel oneself in unison with almighty, a unit of God`s energy flow and consciousness. An individual is an `[individuated unit of consciousness`, an `individuated part of oneness`. It is better to be aware about the energy and spread it all over the body, then one must question which situations assist one to feel this energy and which situations block it.
