1. Divine Body-Physical Level- Twenty Locations; the ends of the fingers and toes
The energy from these chakras can be used to cure and as miniature antennas to know when something is in front of oneself. The toes and fingers need to be massaged to encourage energy flow through the chakras. A deep, tranquil breath must be taken and it is important to feel oneself becoming more linked with the energy around oneself. In what processes do these flowing chakras increase one's awareness is also a substantial pint that needs to be taken into account.
2. Divine Body-Emotional Level- In the center of the back of the head
An individual in prayer channelises more energy out of this chakra than out of the crown chakra. Bowing to others- an energy of respect- also opens this chakra; so one must bow their head and let energies flow out through the devotional chakra. It must be questioned, whether one is contented with this. Some people find that this chakra is exceedingly open and that they may be dedicated to others or to a cause out of equilibrium with the rest of life. Or else, they may find that it is closed, in which case bowing the head might be uncomfortable and they may desire to find out where their mind are closed. One needs to ponder if one does or does not like to project their shortcomings in front of others; whether one is plagued by feelings of paranoia. In which case, the chakra needs to massaged. One must allow a serene flow of energy to go from it and also to allow oneself be dedicated to one's destiny, to oneness with others, the cosmos and to one's celestial source. After a few minutes of this meditation, one must let the energy permeate one's whole body and return one's head to an erect position.
3. Divine Body-Mental Level- Just inside the pelvic bones above where the legs join the body, down on the corners of the belly area
Expressing gratefulness is an indispensable part of a healthy life. Closed divine body-mental level chakras may cause problems with one's intestines. The areas need to be massaged, and allow the chakras be open and the energy to flow out. One must question where one needs to be grateful in life and where to open up more to abundance. One may desire to spend a few moments just being grateful for everything.
4. Divine Body-Intuitional/Compassionate Level- Solar plexus
This chakra is one of the most significant in the beginning of the Aquarian Age, a time when one used to possess pretty much freedom of choice. The solar plexus area needs to be massaged gently. It is advised to breathe into it and question to know what one is actually blocking. Later, one might also ask to know where in life one should take more control and action.
5. Divine Body-Will/Spirit Level- At the base of the throat where the bones form the shape of a horseshoe
Some people are asked to do more for others than they are comfortable doing. Or people may illustrate an extravagant need to serve. It is easy to feel martyred from this chakra. The area should be massaged gently. The energy must be allowed to flow out and with one's consciousness in that chakra, one can inquire where in life one felt martyred or are unwarranted about service. Also one should ask where in life one actually holds back.
6. Divine Body-Soul Level- On either side of the navel
These chakras are companions to the navel. They help unite the body's energies with both heavenly energies and other people. The area of the chakra needs to be messaged; then the navel must also be massaged to accomplish a poised flow. The energies must be allowed to flow out. Questions like---where in life is one involved in an excessive search for oneness with others and where does one block the oneness with others, can be asked. As energy flows out of these chakras, one needs to meditate on their relationships with other people and cosmic levels.
7. Divine Body-Divine Level- On top of the head-crown chakra
This is one of the best known chakras. It has immense importance in one's maturation and connectedness with elevate levels. The crown chakra must be massaged and the top of the head needs to be felt clearly- to check whether it is taut. It needs to be opened up and the energy needs to be allowed to flow out. As it flows, one can feel a sense of oneness with others and with one's own divine source. It is necessary to put oneself in a meditative attitude with this chakra and be conscious of energy alterations, insights or spiritual experiences. When this chakra is exceedingly open, one may feel an immense outpouring of energy; in this case it is best to bring the energy down around the body and all or some of it back, permeating it throughout the whole body. Unwarranted flow from the crown chakra may wane an individual. If an individual's flow is too much, one needs to enquire oneself what circumstances in their life had caused this situation. It may be a fright of being human, or it may come from times of unnecessary rage.
