Rub the oil in, using only a few drops then warm it up between fingertips and spread it all over the face.
Stroke all over the face and forehead.

Press with the thumbs just below the inner eyebrow comer. Release this step and then repeat. Do this, three or four times.
Stroke down the sides of face to the jaw line.
