Geedam is a census town located in the Dantewada district of Chhattisgarh.

Geedam is a census town located in the Dantewada district of Chhattisgarh and is situated around 15 km. in the north of Dantewada, the district headquarters. Nearest airport is at Raipur. Geedam Railway Station on the Kirandul - Topokal line is the nearest railhead. NH 16 passes through Geedam.

As per the 2001 India census report, Geedam had a small population of 5899 inhabitants. Males constitute 51% of the population and females constitute 49% of the population. In Geedam, 14% of the population is less than six years of age. The town has an average literacy rate of 65%, which is higher than the national average literacy rate of 59.5%. The male literacy rate is 74% and the female literacy rate is 56%.
