Tule Ram is a practitioner of Swang.and is an Indian theatre personality.

Tule Ram is a practitioner of Swang. He played an important role in the propagation of this folk form in other parts of the country. Tule Ram was born in the village of Jattikalan, Haryana in 1939. He trained under Man Singh of Sonipat district and spent his formative years in the company of folksingers and entertainers. While still quite young, he established his own Swang group, which he led in numerous performances all over northern India. He received the Sangeet Natak Akademi award in 1989.
