Brow Chakra/ Ajna Chakra
The Brow Chakra is Indigo colored, located at the center of forehead controlling our vision and intuitive powers.

The Brow Chakra is situated at the center of the forehead. It is associated with Indigo color and referred to as `third eye` or `mind center`. The Brow Chakra is connected to our pituitary gland. The Brow Chakra is the avenue for wisdom. This Ajna Chakra controls our learning process from the past experience and helps to put the incidents in a perspective. The impersonal intuitive reasoning and ability to distinguish between reality and fantasy or delusions come from the Brow Chakra. The visual images are received through the open Brow Chakra.

The Tantric Ajna Chakra has two petals and is associated with `Manas` or mind. The Tibetan Brow Chakra is associated with waking of mind.

The role of Brow Chakra is the action of ideas, insight, mind development. The spiritual lesson it gives is better understanding, detachment from the material world, open mindedness etc. The imbalance in Brow Chakra might cause many physical dysfunctions like brain tumors, strokes, seizures, blindness, deafness, learning disabilities, depression, panic, spinal dysfunctions etc. It also involves a number of mental and emotional issues like controls fear of truth, maintains discipline, promotes judgment, evaluation, emotional intelligence, concept of reality and negates confusion. The information stored inside Brow Chakra is vision of clear picture (symbolic or literal), intuition, intellect or wisdom. The body parts that is governed by the Brow Chakra is brain, eyes, ears, nose, neurological system etc as well as it is associated with endocrine glands like pituitary and pineal.

Brow Chakra (Ajna Chakra) The exercise to activate Brow Chakra involves visualization, remote viewing and coherent dreaming. The foods that stimulate the Brow Chakra are dark bluish colored fruits like blueberries, red grapes, black berries, raspberries etc.; Liquids like red wines and grape juice and spices including lavender, poppy seed, mugwort etc.

The Gemstones that arose Brow Chakra are Purple Flourite, Sugalite, Lapis and flower essences to stimulate the Chakra are Wild Oat, Queen Anne`s Lace, Madia etc.
