Ideally located at the state of Haryana, Kansepur is a town with a population of 14,943.

Over the years a multitude of towns and cities have developed in the soils of Indian continent. As far as the state of Haryana is concerned, several towns also are being found here. One such significant town is Kansepur, lying in the district of Yamunanagar of the same state of India.

The average literacy rate of Kansepur constitutes of 71 percent. Thus it is higher than that of the whole nation, which has been counted to be 59.5 percent. Maximum of places in India have showed high male literacy than that of females. Similarly in Kansepur also, male literacy is 77 percent, which is more than female literacy rate. Thus 65 percent is the rate of literacy of female.
