Tinu Yohannan

Tinu Yohannan is a right-handed batsman of the Kerala Cricket team. He was born on February 18, 1979 in Kollam (earlier Quilon).

His father was a former Asian Games record-holder in long jump. Following his father, Tinu Yohannan initially engaged in athletics in high jump. He even won many gold and silver medals at the state junior level. The retirement of Javagal Srinath made a place for him in the Indian Test squad.

Tinu Yohannan started playing in the "First-class" cricket in 1999-2000. In the "List A" matches, Tinu Yohannan debuted in 1999-2000. Tinu Yohannan had his "Test match" debut against England team, which was held at Mohali from December 3 to 6 in 2001. In the "One Day International" (ODI) matches, Tinu Yohannan debuted against West Indies, which was held at Bridgetown on May 29 in 2002. Tinu Yohannan has played in one Twenty20 match against Tamil Nadu at Visakhapatnam in September 25, 2009.
