Routrapur is a village in the Cuttack district of Odisha. It is situated on the banks of River Kathajodi. This place is known to be the birthplace of the legendary Odia singer Sikandar Alam, formerly known as Salabega of Modern Odisha. As per 2009 stats, Routrapur village is also a gram panchayat.
