Manvinder Bisla is an Indian Cricket player who is popularly remembered as a wicketkeeper and an aggressive right handed batsman. His first class career in Cricket began with the cricket team of Haryana. He played for the cricket team of Goa and Royal Challengers Banglaore. Indian cricket team made a great addition to its journey with Indian Premier League or IPL where he played for Kings XI Punjab and Kolkata Knight Riders, popularly known as KKR.

He was born on 27 December 1984 in Hisar in the Haryana state of India. He received his school education from D.A.V Public school, Faridabad.
Career of Manvinder Bisla
Bisla debuted in Ranji Trophy domestic cricket in the year 2002 where he represented his home state - Haryana. He then moved to Himachal Pradesh for the next season and continued to play for the state.
In the year 2009, he was bought by the Hyderabad franchise to represent their team in the Indian T20 League IPL. In 2010 he was picked by Kings XI Punjab. Next in 2011, he was signed by the IPL franchise Kolkata Knight Riders. He was roped in to play as the wicket keeper of Kolkata Knight Riders in first 5 matches as Brad Haddin was not available. He opened the batting with all rounder Jacques Kallis from South Africa. He also made a partnership of 145 with Kallis.
In the Indian Premier League 2012, he was seen playing 7 matches. He scored 213 runs with 1 half century in the final match of the tournament. He took 6 catches and 2 stumpings behind the stumps. He played a match winning innings of 89 off 48 balls against the Chennai Super Kings in the final of the 2012 IPL to guide his team to a 5 wicket win. He bagged the Man of the Match award for this innings.
Late to that, he has been transferred from Kolkata Knight Riders to the Royal Challengers Bangalore for the next season of the IPL. As an aggressive and explosive opener, he remains a threat at the top of the order to any opposition. However, things did not turn out so well for Bisla in the longer run. He only played two matches in the 2015 IPL.
The batsman and wicketkeeper did not find any takers inside domestic. At present, he is part of the Bangladesh Premiere League or BPL as Bangladesh is attracting more Indian Players into the revamped twenty20 league to put international significance into the team. He plays in Bangladesh"s ODI matches to keep up with his spirit of Cricket alive.
