On this occasion, the largest devotees gathering witness the celestial wedding of Lord Veerabadra Swami and Shri Bhadrakali by observing "Jagarana". Other festivals people celebrate in Kuravi are Bathukamma Festiva, Bonalu Festival and many other festivals. Every Monday there is big cattle fair (angadi) in which village farmers come to purchase and sell cattle like Pushkar Fair.

Kuravi has one of the holy Shivite temples in the state. The temple is called the Shri Bhadrakali Veerabhadra Swami temple. Bhadrakali Veerabhadra Swami temple is mostly visited by the local tribal people and non-tribal people as well all round the year. Sathya Sai Bajana Temple is also another attraction for the tourists.
