Dipika Pallikal Karthik turned professional in 2006, but her career was filled with difficulties initially. Dipika Pallikal Karthik became more consistent and started notching up winning performances after her brief training stint in Egypt in the beginning of 2011.

Bhuvneshwari Kumari is a former woman squash champion of India. She was awarded Arjuna award in 1982 and Padma Shri Award in 2001 for her achievements. Bhuvneshwari Kumari also known as Princess Candy was born to the royal family of Alwar in Rajasthan on 1st September 1960 and is the granddaughter of Tej Singh Prabhakar Bahadur. She was educated at Delhi University. Bhuvneshwari Kumari was Women`s National Squash Champion for 16 years in a row from 1977 to 1992. Bhuvneshwari Kumari pursued her Bachelor of Computer Applications from Sri Kanyaka Parameswari College for women, Chennai and grabbed her university proficiency. Bhuvneshwari Kumari joined the Squash Racquets Federation of India (SRFI) and won several junior and senior National Squash championships.

Janet Vidhi was born on 18th January in the year 1995, Delhi. She is a professional squash player from India. Janet Vidhi lives in Delhi. Her present ranking is India"s no 4 and World Ranking at 97 as per the list issued by PSA on 1st Dec 2016. During her last tournament trip to Canada, Janet Vidhi played semifinal at Sernia from 15th to 19th November 2016. Janet Vidhi played her best in the tournament. She won her first match of the main draw against Hannah Guthrie from Canada 11-4, 11-6, 11-5 (3-0). Janet Vidhi played quarterfinal match with another Canadian player Paula Jenkins and defeated her with a score 11-8, 11-13, 14-12, 11-4 (3-1) to reach in Semi where she plays Emilia Soini (Finland). She was just two matches away from PSA title. She lost to Emilia Soini.
