Father Muller`s Institute of Medical Education & Research (FMIMER) is a unit of the Fr. Muller`s Charitable Institutions, and it is a renowned medical institution in Karnataka. The Fr. Muller`s Charitable Institutions is a Registered Society sponsored by the Catholic Diocese of Mangalore. The college is situated in the district of Mangalore in the state of Karnataka, India and it is open to all persons irrespective of religion, caste or community. All the courses offered by the institute are affiliated to the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) and they are also recognised by respective councils.

The main streams in which the institute offers its courses include Medical, Medical Research, and Radiography & Radiotherapy.
