The Dhanistha Nakshatra is ruled by the Vasus, the Gods of abundance and the natives born under this nakshatra are famous, endowed with prosperity and have a propensity for music.

As the meaning of "dhanishtha" implies, the natives born in this Nakshatra are either inheritors of great wealth, or accumulate it during the course of their lifetime. The symbol of this constellation is musical instruments. Accordingly, one can rightly decipher the musical inclination of Dhanishtha people. The subjects are natural leaders as well.
